Exact connections, fast and easy by aligning the template once

This dowel drilling template allows you to create exact connections quickly and easily. Thanks to the clamping device (2 screw clamps) and the exchangeable drilling blocks made of steel, the two workpieces can be clamped together and machined in one drilling operation by aligning the template once. Simply ingenious.

You can decide how many drill holes (1-6) you want to create for your connection and you don't even have to move the template.

Note: The illustrations show the article partly with anodized drilling blocks. These are for the version in inches. The article is delivered METRIC and therefore with silver Drill blocks.

Features and advantages

Features:

• Suitable for drill bits 6, 8 and 10 mm
• Suitable for material thicknesses from 12-38 mm
• Hole spacing: 19.05 mm (3/4")

Possible workpiece alignment during clamping:

• A horizontal, B vertical (see picture 2)
• A horizontal, B horizontal (see picture 3)
• For surface drilling: A horizontal, B horizontal and flat, thanks to stop (see picture 4)

Another advantage of this drilling template are the anti-slip pads on the clamping elements. These not only ensure a secure hold, but also that your two workpieces do not slip Scratches.
