Use with hand-held router for large panels or with router table for small parts.

When developing the corner template, we focussed on versatility. You can use it on your router table or with a hand-held router. In both cases, you will get the same perfect results. Larger projects, such as table tops, are better clamped on a workbench and routed with a hand router. Smaller projects can be processed more quickly on the router table. In both cases, you simply guide the corner template along the bearing of a flush router to create a smooth, even radius or bevelled edge. You mill a perfect corner every time.

Features and advantages

  • The 13 radius templates start at R3 and extend to R40. The 7 chamfer templates range from F6 to F40.
  • Easy to change the templates.
  • The 20 different templates are attached to the base with two galvanised steel screws.
  • Variable stops adjustable in 5 mm increments to vary the bevel size.
  • Integrated and very practical grooves for a secure hold with guide rails Clamps for clamping the template on the workpiece.
  • All aluminium components are anodised to protect against corrosion and give them our unmistakable "sauter blue" look.
