Shipping & delivery
Where is my parcel?
When you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as we have processed your order and your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the dispatch status of your order. In this email, you will find a tracking number that you can use to easily track your order using the tracking system of your chosen shipping service provider.
What shipping methods are available?
Depending on your region we ship via the following providers:
- DHL
- DPD
- UPS
- DB-Schenker
In Europe for oversize items that require a freight service we use DB Schenker.
Depending on the country of delivery, the consignment may be handed over to the local shipping service provider.
We also offer an express option through UPS. From Monday to Thursday, orders made before 12:00 can be shipped by express, This means, for most regions, that a next day delivery is possible. In more remote regions the delivery will be as quick as is possible.

Delivery to a Packstation
You can of course also have your order sent to a Packstation. Simply select the appropriate option in the second step of the ordering process under delivery options, enter the desired Packstation and the corresponding identification number and we will send your order to the Packstation you have selected. Please note that larger items my not be able to be sent to a Packstation.
How can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can simply send us an email or call us. We will then change your delivery address directly in our system.
If the goods are already on their way, we can no longer change the address, however you can normally change the delivery address via the website of the relevant shipping service provider.
