How do I set up a customer account with sautershop?

To set up a customer account, click on "Login" in the top right-hand corner and then on "Registration". Here you can simply follow the steps, enter your details and create your customer account with us.  

What are the benefits of a customer account with sautershop?

  • You will find your personal customer number in your account. We will need this if you have any questions for us.
  • Orders placed can be canceled there yourself or products can simply be ordered again.
  • You can view your entire order history.
  • Order status and shipment tracking can be viewed directly.
  • You can check your personal account balance with us in your customer account.
  • You can download the operating instructions for the items you have purchased.
  • You can save and view your wish list with items you are interested in.
  • You can conveniently cancel goods you have already received. 

What should I do if I have forgotten my password? 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the login under "Login" in the top right-hand corner. Simply click on "Forgot password" and follow the necessary steps. You will then receive an automatic email from us with a link that you can use to set a new password for your customer account.

We have no access to your passwords and therefore cannot help if the password has been forgotten.  

How secure are my account details with sautershop?

Security is our top priority. Only we have access to your data, we do not share any information with third parties except where necessary for the shipping of the goods. 

You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time by email or telephone. You can also change your personal data at any time in your customer account. These changes will then apply to all future online orders

I think I have received a phishing email, what should I do?

Unfortunately, phishing attacks can never be 100% avoided. Therefore, please always pay attention to who you have received the e-mail from. Only emails with the sender info@sautershop.de, info@sautershop.com or buchhaltung@sautershop.de originate from our organisation.

Do not open attachments or links in emails from senders who try to imitate us by using pseudonyms or emails that seem strange. If you have think you have received such an email, please contact us by telephone. We can tell you if the mail originated from us.

For your security, we recommend that you create a new password after a phishing attack. This will prevent access by unauthorised third parties.
