Technical Data

• Drilling template and riving knife material: Phenolic resin
• Space requirement behind the blade with saw blade in uppermost position: at least 51 mm
• For cutting widths of 2.29 - 3 mm

Features and advantages

• The Microjig Splitters replace the riving knife on your saw when using zero clearance inserts.
• The precision drilling template supplied aligns exactly with the centre of the kerf, ensuring the perfect fit of the retrofit riving knife.
• To adapt the riving knife to the respective kerf, each side of a riving knife has an offset of 0.076mm.
• The special plastic compound provides the right combination of flexibility to prevent jamming and rigidity to prevent kickback.
• Requires a Zero-clearance insert with at least 50mm behind blade at highest point
• Note: Not applicable for mitre cuts!
