Features and advantages

• Labyrinth seal permanently protects the spindle and bearing from the smallest particles, dust and chips.
• The sound pressure level is only 74 dB (A) and is therefore extremely quiet.
• Spindle lock for easy and convenient tool changes - the spindle can be locked at the touch of a button.
• An ER16 precision collet chuck including balanced union nut is used to hold milling tools.
• The speed can be infinitely adjusted manually or via the portal interface to suit any application.

  Before delivery, each milling cutter is run in under laboratory conditions. This increases service life and durability.
• The FM 1000 PV-ER impresses with maximum concentricity of < 0.05 mm at a distance of 25 mm (< 0.01 mm in the cone).
