The crystal-clear, semi-rigid 200 Ultra Premium cast resin system is perfect for making resin wood lamps and other decorative objects.

With small mixing volumes of less than 500 g, this epoxy resin can even be cast up to a height of 20 cm.

Features and advantages

• The resin and hardener set comes in the correct mixing ratio of 100:65.
• The epoxy resin is UV-resistant and is suitable, for example, for the production of resin-wood lamps and the moulding of decorative objects.
• The semi-hard surface is difficult to sand, so for a high-gloss surface, coat the object with Woodresin 30 Premium epoxy resin.
• Suitable for colouring with up to a maximum of 10% colour paste, pigment or concentrate.Temperature-resistant up to 80 °C.
• Important: Potting volume and layer thickness are interdependent. The thicker the layer, the smaller the mixing volume must be! With a layer thickness of 8 cm, a mixing volume of 30 kg should not be exceeded.
• An ambient temperature above 20 °C can lead to boiling of the mixture and boiling bubbles, stress cracks and discolouration!
• Not suitable for layer thicknesses of less than 3 cm and not suitable for workpieces with a stressed surface (tables, snack boards).
• Processing instructions: The objects to be embedded must be clean and free of dust, oil and grease. The moisture content of the wood must be below 13%.
