The Portable Saw Featherboard is designed with a single 150 mm (6") travel slot and a single ergonomic knob for quick and easy setup. This featherboard features innovative EVA feathers that set a new standard in performance and safety.

EVA feathers provide enhanced kickback resistance that traditional plastic feathers can’t match. Their slight flexibility, combined with a patented living hinge design, presses the board against the table and immediately absorbs kickback forces when the board moves backward.

EVA feathers ensure smooth and controlled infeed and outfeed, promoting cleaner cuts. As tension is applied, the feathers lay down to increase surface contact, holding the wood securely to the table and minimizing any movement. Even at high tension, wood feeds smoothly and consistently, ensuring a firm hold.

These feathers effectively dampen vibrations and reduce chatter, leading to cleaner cuts without marring even the softest woods. Additionally, if accidental contact occurs with a blade or router bit, EVA feathers will cut through smoothly, avoiding the dangerous shattering that plastic feathers may experience. This feature also protects carbide-tipped cutters from damage.

Made from high-density closed-cell EVA, these feathers are specially formulated for durability in woodworking applications. They are water jet cut for precision and are reversible and replaceable for long-lasting performance.

The Portable Saw Featherboard comes with a comfortable ergonomic knob and is equipped with 5/8” and 3/4” miter bars, as well as T-track mounting options. It is ideal for use on smaller tables found in most portable machines, including table saws, routers, and band saws.
