The English manufacturer Yetitool specialises in CNC milling for small craft businesses and private users. Its machines are therefore characterised by easy, intuitive operation, error-correcting automatic functions and relatively small size. All three models can not only process solid wood, but also wood-based panels, aluminium and plastics. Although the machines are compact, the machining dimensions make the Smartbench a fully fledged CNC milling machine.

Modern times in woodworking

The sautershop offers the complete range of the English manufacturer Yetitool: three CNC milling machines, the necessary software, machine accessories and spare parts, ER16 collets and milling tools.

Yetitool Smartbench

The basic version of the range is the Smartbench Precision Pro Yetitool Version 1.3 CNC router. The router can be assembled and disassembled in three minutes, making it suitable for workshops with limited space. Nevertheless, it can be used to process workpieces up to 1340 mm wide and 150 mm thick (there is no limit to the length of the workpiece). The 1000 W milling motor (from Mafell) is up to any task, and the ER16 collet system ensures exceptionally high concentricity. It is operated intuitively via a touchpad, and the necessary files can be loaded via WLAN or USB stick.

The SmartBench Precision Pro Plus CNC milling machine from Yetitool also offers the world's first autonomous speed adjustment for a CNC milling machine: YetiPilot V1.0 monitors the power consumption of the milling spindle in real time and ensures that the machine is always operated in the optimal working range. This function saves time (you don't have to worry about factors such as feed and speed), but above all it saves costs, as it helps to avoid incorrect milling, prevents damage to milling tools and the drive unit, and extends the service life of the carbon brushes.

The SmartBench Precision Pro X features a larger console with a 10.1-inch touchpad and two USB ports to make operation easier. The BigFoot dust collector is equipped with a status light for better monitoring and, thanks to its higher capacity, allows the use of larger milling tools.

System additions

We also supply all three models in a bundle with the Vectric VCarve Pro CNC software, which is also available separately if required. The CNC Stylus Yetitool can also be used to equip the milling cutters with drawing pens and drag knives, transforming the Smartbench into a 3-in-1 multitool.
